Michael Rutherford
President & CEO
Founder and CEO of Rutherford, Mike manages the firm as well as works as a lead architect of Rutherford's eoStar applications. Mike is the visionary behind the new eoStar applications. He has been developing route accounting and route management solutions for mid-size and large wholesale distributors since 1983. Mike founded the firm in 1986. He holds numerous technical certifications as well as a M.S. from the University of New Mexico.

Kent Quander
Vice President of Software Development
Kent Quander is a lead application architect of Rutherford's eoStar applications. He is responsible for eoStar's user interface design as well as the development of server and handheld solutions and manages the development process at Rutherford. Kent holds a B.A. from Harvard University and a M.S. in computer science from the University of New Mexico.

Thu Shoenberg
Vice President of Customer Support
Thu manages the customer lauded support group, coordinating all support activities with the development group. Thu has a B.S. in Food Sciences from Long Beach State as well as Microsoft Certified Professional certifications and Great Plains certifications. Prior to joining Rutherford, Thu was the IT Director at Monarch Vending in Huntington Beach, CA

Jovo Filips
Vice President of Business Development, Sales & Marketing
Jovo Filips manages the sales, marketing and business relationships at Rutherford. He is instrumental in managing business partners and critical business relationships. If that wasn't enough, he is also one of the developers at Rutherford. Prior to joining Rutherford, Jovo was IT director at American Bottling company, now 7UP/DrPepper.

Paul Rutherford
Vice President of Operations
Paul Rutherford is responsible for managing the implementation of eoStar and integration to other third-party products, as well as internal operations and administration. Paul's focus includes quality assurance and customer satisfaction. Prior to joining Rutherford, he managed a support and quality assurance unit of a major healthcare benefits organization in Atlanta, Georgia.
