XP Support

Support for Windows XP ends in 2013

xp sunsetIn early 2013, we will be upgrading eoStar to Microsoft Visual Studio 2012. This upgrade provides better tools and capabilities to further enhance the eoStar platform.  However, the .NET 4.5 framework that accompanies Visual Studio 2012 is incompatible with Microsoft Windows XP.  All versions of eoStar released prior to this upgrade will continue to operate with Windows XP. However, all versions released after the upgrade will only run on Microsoft Windows Vista or higher.

MSA/Red Bull

Now Certified for DDE Exports

eoStar is now certified with MSA/Red Bull for the new Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE) exports. Customers need to be on version 12.11.19 or higher and must contact MSA to start the testing process. MSA can be contacted directly by email, or by phone at 1-877-544-4429.
